A support ticket must be filed to notify us of any shipment BEFORE it arrives at our warehouse. Any orders that arrive at our warehouse without prior notification will be subject to a $200 fee! 


If your order has over 200 units - Please contact us BEFORE placing the order with your supplier. If the order is larger than 200 items we ask you to notify us first to confirm that our warehouse will be able to take on the shipment(Although, we haven't refused a shipment yet).


If your order is less than 200 items, it OK for you to place your order with your supplier without prior confirmation from us but you do still need to submit a ticket to notify us of the shipment BEFORE your order arrives. The support ticket should be filed immediately after placing these orders if not before.


Your support ticket should include:

  • A PO form 
    • that clarifies which FNSKU an item is assigned, SKUs, quantities and any prep instructions. The PO form can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
  • The invoice 
    • from your supplier(if your order is less than 200 items include this in your original ticket, if it is greater submit this after we confirm. Feel free to block out any personal info such as prices, contact info, etc. We need the invoice to create a receiving order for our warehouse.)
  • Your FNSKU's
    •  if we will be labeling the items for you.
  • ETA of when the order will arrive or tracking number if possible
    • if this is received after please send us an update in the ticket.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ORGANIZING ALL OUTBOUND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS! We recommend using a freight forwarder such as DSL, TNT, or USPS International. 

Once the product arrives to us, we will begin prep.
When the shipment is completed, we will provide you with box specifications in the ticket you have submitted for the order, which you will use to create shipping labels in Seller Central and submit to us in the ticket.
